  4. Our Idahoans for Safe Technology’s Wireless Ordinances Recommendations  We are requesting the new wireless ordinance add language that will protect and promote the public health, safety and welfare of City residents. Three simple things: 1. Prohibit small and macro cell towers in Residential and Schools Zones, 2. Require tower contractors to carry insurance that covers injuries from RF radiation, 3. New towers must pass a “Needs test” before approval.
  5. Boise Planning & Zoning Cell Tower Meeting – CUP21-00015 – 06/14/2021  Watch Idahoans for Safe Technology as they request P&Z to deny an unneeded Cell Tower permit application.  Make your own decision; does Planning and Zoning care about public health and safety when it comes to RF Radiation? 10. Reading the Law: 1996 Telecommunications Act.  The City hands are not tied.

FCC and Health:

  1. Hank’s Eagle Cell Tower, AFIB & Dead Bee Story  This could happen to you.

  2. 1,000+ Independent Studies on the Human Health effects from Wireless Radiation.  The FCC and the City of Boise have done nothing to protect you and your family from this danger.

  3. The U.S. National Toxicology Program (NTP) Radiofrequency Carcinogenicity Research Study. The world’s largest, most well-designed study of its type, at a cost of $25 million, found increased occurrence of rare brain tumors called gliomas in male rats and increases in nerve tumors called Schwannoma of the heart, thymus and mediastinum in both male and female rats exposed to RFR.  The FCC did nothing!  That’s one of many reasons they were sued by Childers Health Defense and  Environmental Health Trust.

  4. CHD vs FCC – On Aug. 13, 2021 the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled the FCC’s 2019 decision that its 1996 guidelines adequately protect the public from non-cancer harms from 5G and wireless-based technologies was capricious, arbitrary and not evidence-based.

  5. The FCC is a captured agency of the Telecommunications industry.

Thank you and may God Bless the Great State of Idaho!
